Contrast: I used an image of a sunflower for this business card to add contrast. Then I used a light yellow color on the side of the flower to add contrast as well. On the back side I put a soft gradient from the bottom to the top to make it more interesting and add a subtle amount of contrast.

Repetition: To make this business card a little more interesting, I did not follow many repetition rules besides color. I did, however, choose the same font through the whole thing to add repetition.

Proximity: For this business card, I followed similar proximity to my previous business card. I used white space to my advantage and made sure the text was in the middle, not the edge of the image, to make sure it looks more professional. I also changed the text size in different places to make the proximity closer, but still look professional and clean.

Color Scheme: I chose yellow for this color scheme because it is promoting a flower shop and I feel like yellow is a great color for that. I also wanted it to be soft and simple, so the light color and gradient on the back helped with that. I also wanted to add a photo of the flower to be the base of the the color scheme. The yellow background matched the center of the flower which made the repetition of the color scheme work.

Photoshop: To create this image, I did a quick selection on the flower image and added it to the business card. Then I created a soft yellow color to fit with the picture on the left hand side. Then I found a font that would work with the floral shop advertisement and added it to the right side of the image. Then, I added a soft gradient from the bottom to the top of the design and added the same font to the backside of the card to keep the repetition of the card throughout the whole thing.
